I don’t think I have a modus operandi and as I have said before this blog is merely a means to justify the copious amounts of food I eat. Armed with an iPhone and an appetite I will document here my culinary experiences and maybe some reinterpretations of dishes I enjoyed as well as recipes of my own creation, generally as the names suggest things I love. Whilst occasionally maybe cool things I find myself doing all the while working in a small cafe in Glasgow. I suppose a lot of this could be considered a sort of low risk corporate espionage. I don’t know if I should be admitting to that.

FYI, I think cheese is a life sustaining superfood and grossly underrated.
